CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
LESSON CANCELLATION
Students must provide 24 hours' notice of their impending absence to the school administration by e-mail or phone. If less than 24 hours notice is provided the lesson will be forfeited regardless of the reason: sudden illness, traffic, transit or weather issues.
ITEM RETURNS
PIANOS
There are no returns on acoustic pianos, upgrades only up to 10 years. See store for full details,
SPECIAL ORDERS
Deposits on special orders are non-refundable. Limited edition items may not be returned under any circumstances.
GUITARS, VIOLINS
You may exchange or return for a full refund any guitar, ukulele, or violin, within 5 days if in unused new condition and in the original packaging.

All returned items must be in the same condition as when you purchased them, in original packaging, with all manuals and warranty cards. Returns should show no signs of wear or abuse otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee (restocking fee rate at Musique Prestige's sole and arbitrary discretion).

Purchases made by credit or debit card must be returned to the card of the original purchase.

Purchases made using a credit on account or gift card will be refunded back to the same.

After we process a refund, it may take up to one week for your card issuer to process the refund on their end before you see it on your statement.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Mouthpieces, open packages of reeds, harmonicas, software, headphones, microphones, fog fluid, cleaning products, opened strings, amplifier tubes, print music, books, CDs, videos, and Musique Prestige store gift cards may not be returned.
SHEET MUSIC RETURNS
Protection of Artists' Copyrighted Work.
Musique Prestige upholds Canadian and International Copyright Laws to protect the rights of artists that make music. Copyright Law prohibits reproduction by means of photocopying, handwriting, printing, or taking photographic images of copyrighted printed materials. In support of those who create and publish copyrighted works, there are absolutely no refunds or exchanges on printed music. Once print music has been purchased it is considered used and cannot be re-sold.
